Looking to reduce complexity and consolidate

Im running a home server mainly for myself at this stage. Rationale is I'm sick of being a product for Google, Microsoft, et al. And not owning my own work etc. So a conscious commitment to de-big tech where I can, and foss. My use case: Media server Google drive and workspace suite replacement Fitbit activity tracking etc replacement Configured search engine (searxng) to bypass google etc pushing sponsored and agendaed content Study and research support tools Home server and my daily use machine are all the same machine I don't have the space or funds to run 2 seperate machines. Environment: 40tb data storage (5tb nvme the rest HDD) Intel 12500 CPU Intel b580 GPU OS kubuntu 24.06 lts 32gb ddr5 Docker containerisation Glinet flint 2 running stock firmware with adguard home configured and a seperate network purely for my machine to isolate from housemates Services: Arr stack - 3 instances each for sonarr, radar, bazarr ( 3 instances to seperate personal library, kids library, and a 4k library. Kids library to ensure age appropriate content only is ever provided), prowlarr, start, muxarr, cleanuparr, checkrr, suggestarr, audiobookshelf, bindery, jellyfin, seerr Authentication - currently authelia but moving to pocketid and tinyauth Proxy - caddy and caddyui Tools - linkwarden, freshrss, bexmszel, uptime Kumar, dozzle, and a container monitor I can't think of the name right now Personal server - vaultwarden, filebrowser quantum, immich, cooktrace, lifttrace, and nutritrace, Bento pdf, actual budget (but want something else I hate envelope style budgeting it don't work for me), searxng, davis And a couple more I can't think of off the top of my head. I'm thinking that some of these could probably be better served by a service that combines functionality rather than split across numerous ones? Simplify it a bit. Cause in think I now have like 50 containers running including the backend databases. Would be keen to hear from more experienced folks.
