How to craft a co-founder proposal for an industry expert? And keeping legal Delaware C-corp stuff in mind? I will not promote

Hey everyone, I'm building a B2B SaaS product– I have a good business idea in a low-saturated market with one competitor, a high fidelity mockup, and some industry expert connections. I'm highly considering bringing on a co-founder. It's someone I networked with who is much older than me and has 40 years of experience in senior sales roles with 20 of those being in my target market. I'm convinced that a guy like this is gonna be the reason why I get my first 15 customers, and he said he's highly interested in what I'm doing and wants me to send him a proposal. However, I really need help because the more I research into delaware c-corps and try to plan for the future of my business– you know, like investors, common/preferred stocks, voting rights, board seats, issued shares, etc, the more I get overwhelmed and I don't know what to do. I also don't know him very well and I need to build trust with him. I already have a Delaware C-corp, but haven't adopted bylaws or any other of the stuff I'm supposed to do. I haven't issued any stock. I have no idea what I'm doing. I just have some goals in mind that I need some advice on accomplishing: I want to make sure I offer him enough equity but not offer him too much, and for it to be on a proper vesting schedule I want to make sure I have enough shares to give investors without diluting either me or him too much I would like to retain a sizeable economic and voting portion. I want to somehow stay above 50% but IDK how I'm going to do that if I have to give away 40% equity by the time I get to seed funding. I want to avoid hostile takeovers. I want to make sure only good trust worthy people end up in board seats. I don't want to get fired someday by shareholders My delaware c-corp has 10 million authorized shares, none issued. Am I over thinking this? I know that Zuckerberg has super-voting shares, should I mimic him if I don't want to be removed someday? Or will that deter investors? Should I just send him a proposal saying 40% on 2 years vesting and co-founder role? Should I offer him less? Should I not call him a co-founder? Should I call a lawyer? I'm green and broke. I don't know what to do. I've never done this before.
