Running services under user instance of systemd - experience

We are considering running applications under user instance of systemd on RHEL systems as part of preparation of our standard for the RHEL10 environment (systemd version 257+). So that there would be dedicated users with linger enabled used for applications running.

I have checked for typical problems from the past and those seem to be fixed. Also for example Redhat has started to offer installation of some of their applications (like Ansible Automation Platform and probably Satellite 6.20) as rootless (containerized) ones and so under user instance of systemd.

But still would like to know what is your experience with it? And if you have it in production, how many servers we are talking about?
And if so, do you also have application running under systemd user instance without containers? I would be majority part of it on our side.
