Portainer 3 Coming Without CE. Pivoting to Kubernetes and Enterprise Focus.

I got an email this morning from Portainer which they also posted on their blog here . Anyone know what they're referring to here: ...the future roadmap of Docker continues to looks uncertain, and its support in the ecosystem continues to diminish. Is it just their justification for pivoting away from Docker to focus more on Kubernetes and enterprise? Or is there some issue with the Docker ecosystem? The site they linked to is a substack blog. On the license-front, it looks like (what they currently call) Business Edition free version (for up to three nodes) will be the only free option going forward for 3.x.
