What am i missing out on *I will not promote*

What resources am I not taking advantage of? My cofounder and I started ~3 weeks ago. Our expenses are starting to stack up (Claude API, tickets to events, hotels for events, everyday business stuff like domains/desk/monitors/chairs/incorporation/website-builders/etc.....) We applied to Claude's '$100,000 in tokens for startups' thing. But outside of that and trying to raise, I haven't really done anything else. What am I missing out on? What other resources should I be pursuing?
