I’m not familiar with customer service issues at Western Southern. Could you share a link?

If there are customer service issues at WS, I would think there’s a good chance that they would show up no matter where the policy was purchased.

I personally wouldn't let this BBB complaint hold me back from purchasing from Western Southern.
