how to approach outreach as an intern prospect? (i will not promote)

i'm not looking to promote myself off this post; I'm genuinely asking for advice on outreach i'm an freshman at a top school in the US. over the summer i've become very interested in a specific niche of startup (agentic market research for asset management/hedge funds). i have decent experience, but i'm mostly just looking to learn from a coffee chat, with the internship being a later ask based on the quality of the call. i'm cold emailing founders with an ask to chat but not getting responses. mostly targetting series A founders. i know that many of them are not actively hiring interns, so curious as to how founders view these types of networking emails and how to improve.
