Every keyboard is awful in some way or other. That's why the whole custom keyboard subculture exists. You're supposed to build your own.
I agree that Fn keys are lousy, but I find QWERTY physically painful, and having an x-offset between rows is a dumb holdover from typewriter typebars.
The keyboard which you declare "for the most part, fine" looks to me like an unholy agglutination of historical accidents. Nobody with the task of getting text and commands into a computer in 2026 (or even 1996) would design a keyboard that way, unless they were beholden to the market desires of old people who resist change.
P.S., "Natural scrolling" (my finger goes up, the content goes up) on a mouse wheel is ideal. It works the same as the mouse body (my hand goes up, the pointer goes up), especially when using a scrolling "hand" cursor, or the window-moving modifier (in just about any window manager from the past 30 years). Why would I want content to move in the opposite direction of my anatomy, and only in that one case? Please enlighten me.
