I spent 55 minutes on the phone yesterday with the insurance company and by the end I was so furious that I did the only thing I could think of: I made an appointment with Red Cross for a platelet donation. Which I just got home from doing.

That's three hours of my life that even the insurance company won't be able to waste. So that puts me 125 minutes ahead.
