Is an app that keeps a copy of your customer service calls so you stop losing disputes (iOS) an app people would actually use? (I will not promote)
Hi! I'm in the first 6 months of my start up (I'm a solo founder) Quick background on why this exists. I kept losing billing disputes and it took me a while to figure out why. The company has the call recorded. I've got my memory of it. That's not a fair fight and I lost every time. The whole pitch is basically: when a company knows you've got a copy, they treat you different. So here's what it does. You make your customer service call through the app and it keeps a clean copy of the whole thing. It's state compliant, and at the start of every call it plays a disclosure so everyone on the line knows, no matter what state you're in. After you hang up you get a transcript plus a summary of what the rep actually agreed to. So when they promise you a credit and then "have no record of that," you do. I want to be honest about what it isn't. It won't magically get you money back and I'm not going to pretend it does. It's for when you're actually in the right and just need the proof. Anyway, would genuinely appreciate feedback from people here, especially on first-run onboarding since that's what I'm stuck on. Happy to nerd out on the stack too (React Native, Twilio, Firebase).
