Should I have known to review all my comments on open ended questions that might now be crappy answers?
As I recall, I asked a question in a comment (for clarification) on an open ended question a while back. Now that this question has been migrated, I see that this comment is now apparently an "answer". There are also a number of similar seeking clarification prior comments that are now "answers" but deleted by "community bot".
My now "answer" is of course not an answer in any way. It was a comment seeking more information. However, it was not deleted (as I suspect it should have been) by the bot. This is likely due to the original poster having responded to my comment.
My "answer" is now getting downvoted (as well it should as it is clearly not an answer). I'm going to leave it as is for now just so the situation is clear. Once I get clarification here I will also delete it.
Should this have been cleaned up by the bot? Should I have known to review all my comments on open ended questions that might now be crappy answers?
