Does it make sense having a question in Staging Ground when the user has removed his or her profile?

While checking Staging Ground, I stumbled upon this one which, as you can see, doesn't have a user profile, so I guess that the user is not longer with us.

Does it make sense continuing spending effort on such a question or is it better simply removing it from the site?

Is it an audit test?
