Company behind expansion at B.C. port asks Sask. to support pitch to feds

Ray-Mont Logistics is pitching the government of Canada on a Prince Rupert port expansion, and the company is lobbying Saskatchewan to get behind the project.

Saskatchewan’s lobbyist database shows Ray-Mont is seeking meetings with the province’s trade, finance and energy ministers to discuss its plans to construct a potash export facility in Prince Rupert, B.C., and get support for its federal proposal to expand the port’s potash export capacity.
