Earthquake prediction AI that works! (i will not promote)

I am a serial tech founder who has created multiple small tech startups and sold a few of them over the years. My day job is running an IT company where we develop solutions for SMBs in Europe and the US. We have built up experience in the niche of seismic surveys, and through that, I met my now co-founder, who said that he had developed an AI that can predict earthquakes. He is a doctor in seismology and has published peer-reviewed and multiple times quoted research. I will admit that I was skeptical initially, and it has taken us quite some time and effort to convert his algorithm into a usable product. Now we have it, and I am happy to say that we can accurately predict earthquakes with up to 48 hours' notice. We have a website where we publicly post predictions for earthquakes in California. You can go right now and see our predictions, and then you can come back a couple of days later and verify how many of them were accurate, as well as verify our historical data. We have more than 80% accuracy. To me, this is mind-blowing, and we are coming out of stealth just now, and I don't really know where to go from here. My question is for fellow founders. What would you do with something like this? There are clear markets in infrastructure, manufacturing, and disaster prevention, but I don't really know what I should be doing first. I'm interested in hearing suggestions and getting advice from fellow founders. I'm happy to send a link to our website and our public predictions if I'm allowed to do that. My aim is not to promote but to get advice on how to best launch something like this.
