Switching between Deepseek and GPT in Codex

I know everybody complains about the limits changing, I'm skeptical, but I have hit my weekly a few times lately. I was just using Clodhost since they have Deepseek for free and I liked it, so I put $10 into API credits for Deepseek and set it up in Codex, but it's kind of driving me nuts a little bit. It's OK at the actual coding, but just having two models is sort of frustrating. More so though, the way I installed it in Codex was just following the instructions on DeepSeek's site. When you do this, it actually removes the configuration for open AI so you can't just switch between Sol/Terra and Deepseek, you have to run the actual installer instead. What is everybody doing about this here? It's so annoying to me, I'm surprised people haven't mentioned it, even though I have seen lots of people talking about using DS (and Kimi but I'm on a watlist for that)
