Eddsworld is a British Flash-animated web series created by Edd Gould. Since its premiere on 15 December 2004, the series has been published through Newgrounds, DeviantArt, YouTube, Albino Blacksheep, Tumblr, SheezyArt, BBC, and an official website

The series follows the episodic misadventures of housemates: Edd, an artistic pun-making Coca Cola addict; Tom, a rude drunk with the lack of eyeballs; Matt, a narcissistic idiot who's usually the punching bag and (prior to 2008) Tord, a trigger-happy, gun-wielding Norwegian.

The main font used for the franchise is Eastwood by GautFonts which includes a redrawn and expanded version with lowercase letters. Eddsworld uses the original all-caps version with some letters being slightly modified.

In the webcomic series that runs along with the animations; most of the dialogue is set in Edd’s Font, which is designed by Gould himself. It has been used since comic 54.

The fonts used for Eddsworld Legacy; the name given to the run that was produced by Gould's colleague Thomas Ridgewell following his death, are Eastwood once again for “Eddsworld”, and Helvetica for the “Legacy” subtitle.
