A Clock That Lives on the Edge
At first blush, this might seem an odd form for a desk clock.

South Korean industrial designer HoHyeon Lim explains why he chose the shape: "Inspired by how we use corners to support and lean objects, this desk object concentrates weight and function at the edge, becoming a subtle anchor in everyday space."

Because the piece is hollow, the user can provide their ballast of choice to give it some heft.
It's called the Edge Clock, and it appears to be a concept piece rather than something headed for production.
