How are you guys discovering new Claude Skills and workflows? I feel like I'm missing a lot

I've been experimenting more with Claude Code, Skills and custom instructions lately, and I feel like I'm only scratching the surface. I keep finding really good Skills and workflows randomly across Reddit, GitHub and other communities. So I'm curious: Where do you guys find the good stuff? GitHub? Discord? Reddit? A marketplace? Newsletters? Your own collection? I've been thinking about creating a simple site that gives you one useful Claude Skill/workflow to discover every day , with examples and real use cases. Does something like this already exist? Or would you actually use it? I'm curious what everyone is using.
