Every business occasionally has issues. It’s irritating to be one of the few that experiences an issue.

This is a thread - 2226 messages strong as of this post - where many, if not most, of the new posts are complaints about Vanguard.

Many of which are years old. Vanguard has made great strides in improving customer service, Website, and app. Updated website also coming soon, apparently.
