Is this a Scandinavian make & which model?

I bought this leather recliner 2nd hand about 10 years ago & love it. It reclines but doesn't swivel. It has a head rest that hangs at the back (when not in use). There is nothing on it identifying the brand/ maker. I would like to identify it.
