Cannot see libraries under dashboard and unable to scan

Hi everyone

Im having abit of trouble with my jellyfin server

I am unable to see anything under libraries in the admin dash and if i click scan on the main page of the admin dash it does nothing. otherwise its mostly functioning the same. this started happening awhile ago and am finally bothered enough by it to try to fix it
