RTX 4060 / 5050 or ARC 310 / 380 as GPU

Hello Jellyfin enthusiasts!

I've been using this great software for a while now; it's hosted in Docker on my server running under Truenas (Ivy Bridge i5-357, 32GB ram, SSD cache etc...)
I'm looking to add a dedicated GPU for transcoding 4K to 4K and 4K to 1080p , with AV1 support.

So I'm leaning toward the Intel ARC 310, 380, or the RTX 4060 (eventually the RTX 5050).
> The ARC 310 seemed like the best choice to me, but it now costs the same as the 380 (170€...), which is only €40 less than a second hand RTX 4060... (The 5050 being at best at 240€).

In addition, the ARC has some rather deal-breaking flaws, such as its idle power consumption (17 watts, without a display), with no possible fix/workaround as my motherboard do not support ASPM.
(+ the fan runs erratically on idle, making crazy noise, but this could be somehow resolved by using the motherboard's fan controller)

Hence why I really consider the RTX 4060 or the 5050 with their 7-8 watts idle power consumption.
The price difference with the Arc would be compensated in 2–3 years

Does anyone have experience / feedback regarding the RTX 4060 or the 5050 with Jellyfin (under linux) ?

Also, does the workaround regarding the docker gpu access lost issue with Nvidia GPU are working?
