Seeking Technical Co-Founder – Interactive Therapeutic Plush / Pediatric Wellness (I will not promote)

I’m an attorney and entrepreneur looking for a technical co-founder with a hardware/embedded-systems background to build an early-stage consumer product together. The concept is in the pediatric wellness and sensory-support space and involves an interactive plush device. I have developed the product concept, user experience, initial system architecture, business strategy, and It's patent pending. I’m looking for someone who would take genuine ownership of the technical side of the company, particularly prototype development and eventually hardware engineering for production. Relevant experience would include embedded systems, microcontrollers, sensor integration, haptics/audio, low-power electronics, or consumer hardware prototyping. You do not need to check every box. What I bring is the business and product side: legal and IP strategy, operations, business development, partnerships, positioning, branding, and go-to-market execution. I’m not looking to hire a freelancer or contractor. I’m looking for someone interested in building the company alongside me as a long-term technical partner. The project is early stage, so I’m primarily looking for complementary skills, genuine interest in the problem space, and mutual fit. Co-founder equity would be structured around commitment, role, and contribution.
