What if we have 4th option for the information paradox: "Information needs a witness" [closed]

I'm not in college yet. Please explain like I'm 5 and tear this apart.

I was thinking about the 3 main answers to the black hole information paradox:

  1. Holography: info is on the surface
  2. Destruction: info is lost
  3. Remnants: info leaks out after a really long time

Here's a 4th idea I had.

It started with steam. When water boils, the info about that specific drop doesn't vanish. It just becomes vapor and spreads out.

My thought experiment:

  1. Evaporation: Systems don't destroy info. They deconstruct it into basic data, like steam.
  2. Resonance: Free data can't exist forever. It only survives if it can interact with something that can read it. Like a torrent file needing a seeder.
  3. Anchor: If nothing in the universe can ever reconstruct the pattern again, then it is practically irreversible.

This connects:

  • Quantum mechanics: the role of observation/measurement
  • Neuroscience: memory is a pattern
  • Information theory: data needs a medium

So the question: Does the universe store data, but "information" only exists when something can interpret it?

To the holography idea: A library with no reader is just a room of marks.
To the destruction idea: It's not destroyed, it's abandoned.
To the remnants idea: Waiting a really long time is the same as gone.

What's the main flaw in this?
Does this idea already have a name in physics?
Is this related to the "observer problem" or "decoherence" in QM?
