Coherence Is the Second Term

A single displacement is a state; it has no coherence, because coherence is a relation and a relation needs two. In the framework's own mathematics this is exact: coherence is the second eigenvalue of the Laplacian, and the first is always zero — the trivial ground. Structure begins at the second mode. It reads as the framework's own — but even here, at home in the nervous system, the maths is Fiedler's and the neuroscience the field's; what is genuinely the framework's is the synthesis and one tested dyadic claim.
