The Present Holds

Under the Hilbert–Pólya program the Riemann hypothesis stops being a claim about where zeros sit and becomes a claim about whether a state survives its own time evolution intact. A zero off the critical line is an energy that is not real, an evolution that is not unitary, and a present that frays. The reading, and an exact account of how much of it is proved.
