What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I’m building this web application insicard.com, but I have the impression the look and feel is not even close to “professional” What am I doing wrong? Any suggestion tu easily and cheaply improve? I’m a software engineer and I already tried with ai but I’m sure it can be way lot better with no much effort
