If time is a brain construct would that mean having to redo all of physics? [closed]

Neuroscientist David Eagleman says that time is some construct of the brain and that it’s not some flowing continuous river. If that’s true then would that mean physics being based on time as a factor of the universe would need to change?

Or is David in the wrong here?
