I’ve said it a few times, and I’ll say it again - AgentEx is DevEx. What scales engineering success scales agentic performance. I usually talk about feedback loops, but that’s one part of it. Today I want to talk a little about cognitive load.

Feedback looks are the most important aspect for continuing work, but cognitive load is the most important for beginning work. That is to say, how much work do you have to do to fit a problem in your head? (You should immediately see where I’m going after that sentence).
