Synology 迁 UniFi UNAS，Robocopy 去掉 /Z 提速至 187MB/s。迁移中发现.m4p 音乐文件含 NTFS 备用数据流(ADS)，用 /COPY:DATX 跳过即可。 /Z 重启模式因额外日志开销严重拖慢速度，稳定局域网建议去掉。/J 大文件无缓冲模式在双 SMB 中转场景反而更慢。Synology 四口 1GbE 通过 SMB 多通道聚合，实际可达约 250MB/s，并非单口瓶颈。 rsync 直连仅 67MB/s，不如 Robocopy 经 Windows 中转。
