用 Swift 重写 Electron 会议录制引擎，以及我们自研的跨平台桥接工具

Circleback 将桌面会议录制引擎从 Electron 渲染进程迁移到原生 Swift，macOS 用 ScreenCaptureKit，Windows 用 libobs 封装的 OBSKit。自研 Atomic 工具通过 Swift 宏自动生成 Combine-to-Jotai 桥接，@Published 属性自动成为 React 中的 Jotai atom，无需手写绑定代码。音频时钟漂移问题通过测量实际 buffer 间隔、置信度校正解决；采用 fragmented MP4 实现崩溃容错，每段独立可恢复。整个重写耗时两个月。
