工资粘性如何吞噬实际收入：通胀期间37%美国工人实际工资下降

芝加哥大学2026年8月工作论文，基于ADP约1600万工人工资数据发现：2021-2024年通胀期间，37%的美国工人实际工资下降，留任员工中43%实际工资缩水，平均损失约9%。原因是企业工资调整惯例锚定在低通胀时代的固定涨幅，通胀飙升时并未同步上调。跳槽者工资几乎与通胀同步增长，但跳槽率上升有限。比利时工资自动与通胀挂钩，实际工资已恢复，消费者信心同步回升；美国则未恢复。论文认为工资指数化不足而非通胀本身，是消费者情绪持续低迷的主因。
