I'd probably be less concerned about your orginal question of if your work sat on a house of cards full of fraud, and actively upset about the SEC filing the lawsuit in Aug 2019, and that in Mar 2026 the judgment was delivered and it appears to be that Frost paid $150k to the SEC itself (I am not a lawyer, but come on):

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant shall pay a civil penalty in the amount of $150,000.00 to the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 209(e) of the Advisers Act [15 U.S.C. § 80b-9(e)]. Defendant shall make this payment within 30 days after entry of this Final Judgment.

That's a slap in the face after reading the $nM values being discussed in that email about finding two more companies. Thanks for sharing this, well informative about a similar situation that I'm now re-processing.
