How to do a traceroute on SteamOS (Steam Deck)?

On Windows, in cmd, I can simply do traceroute shaunroselt.com and that works, but on SteamOS (Linux) it doesn't.

From what I could find online, it does seem to be possible on SteamOS (Linux), but I can't figure out how.

Just doing sudo pacman -S traceroute fails with errors.
