What ICE has that is in any way close to accurate is a list of attorneys actively working against them, but all they needed to get that was to look up who had JD and worked for Catholic Charities on LinkedIn.

Then they managed to somehow mismanage their Drupal 11 instance - which is not what main DHS was using - so badly that some attorney managed to run into it on accident and the link got passed around by listserv and it was scraped because kids waiting for collectible drops have long broken every version of Akamai's web version of their BMP platform or whatever they cdall it now (also true for Cyberfend on mobile). It was comical in a way, but since it was basically also how they harass attorneys, totally not cool. They just happen to be really bad at it. I'm pretty sure they have 10 year old data on me because my next gig was just "private practice" since I got too lazy to fill in more stuff and I didn't need to anyway. I'm now on the other side of the country and they still think I'm at my poorly paid gig that I was hired for during the Obama admin. Crypto spammers have a better db than ICE does. They at least know that I'm involved in crypto in some way (although it would be cool if they stopped sending the same form letters about CEXes that I'm not on and never will be on, or at least not phish with sites that have an obvious admin panel with the password being 12345, which led to their family photos, and their private key. This happening more than once feels much more like the sign the apocalypse online).

It sometimes feels like they run the most incompetent version of breachforums or something. Crap data, buncha skids, unfortunately thin-skinned and can't SWAT anyone when they are uh, basically the swatters. We're in the age of Hackforums and if anything puts America's tech ability into disrepute, it's what ICE is doing.
