Co-work vs Code

On the back of the other post talking about chat vs Claude Code being used outside of coding, I wanted to ask about Co-Work vs Code and my workflow. Whether I should be using code? I'm using Claude as an admin assistant in the Construction industry. I really only use Co-Work, and rely heavily on skills. In particular the recursive 'One Skill To Rule Them All'.
