How to fix disk partition table?

I am trying to recover my PC using a bootable USB stick with a old EndeavourOS.

Something about my disk partition is not right. Due to which the installer isn't able to detect all the partitions.

Here is the output given by fdisk -l,i.sstatic.net/eAs6cHbv.png

My total disk space is 512 GB but somehow there is 2TB partition. Are there any tools which I can use to fix the partition table? I remember parts of the older partition table by memory.

I am pretty sure the disk is physically okay. I am not really concerned about data recovery. I just want my PC to be functional enough for a fresh linux install.

As to how it got to this state. My PC was earlier running a dual boot Windows-EndeavourOS system. Something during my windows session broke and the recovery assistant got interrupted halfway through its job.
