How the hell do you find pilots (I will not promote)

Basically what the title says I’m trying to find pilots, but I kinda don’t know how I solve an enterprise problem, enterprise problem means I have to find people working in enterprise with the position that has relevance to the problem I’m solving Where do you find those people? Randomly find companies and contact? This sucks. I don’t know where to start. Who to contact.
