Sourcing lateral mosfets in 2026 for Marshall MOSFET 100

There are several threads all over the internet (including my own on other forums from several years ago) about talking about this. Why is it so hard to find lateral mosfets? Anyone here have any for sale? I have an old Marshall MOSFET 100 head and one of the two mosfets in the power amp is blown.
