The paper pencil iready is terrible too. It’s all Common Core, lessons that are incomprehensible for many students, not enough attention to arithmetic, I could go on and on. Where it really goes bad is with the testing. Whatever algorithms they use to determine students’ ability, it never matches what my kids show me in lessons. And the nonproficient label means our district buys more product. Hmmmm…? Give me Saxon any time, which I use to supplement iready. Every teacher in our school hates it. We’ve used it 8 years and scores are dropping every year.
