They've noticed a drop in V4 flash in OpenCode

Lately I've noticed Flash less willing to work past a certain context point, if too much time passes, or if I ask it to fix errors. ​ It starts asking to log out in every response. And I have explicit instructions telling it not to do that. ​ I'm constantly adjusting my agent prompt in OpenCode and I don't know if something I've added recently is causing it anxiety. ​ Have any of you noticed something similar in the last two to three days? ​ I also notice the change when I leave the session open without int
