I'll build one real app for free as a solo dev. Who has a serious project?

I’m a fullstack developer (Spring Boot, React/Next.js). I’m picking one project to build end to end, free, as the only developer on it. What I need from you: a real project you actually want built, and you should be someone who works with freelancers or developers regularly. Comment or DM with a short description of what you want built and your timeline. I’ll pick one. Portfolio: naitiksinghdev.vercel.app .
