Has anyone used tensortorrent?

I was interested in buying a card as they are the only company that has a good GPU <-> GPU communication channel. I wanted to first get access to one on the cloud to see how well I could run stuff on it by writing some custom code. But it seems impossible, theres no one else renting them besides tesnortorrent themselves and their platform is so shit it turned me off from the entire idea. You have to email them to get access to rent a single gpu and which was like a 2 week back and forth and Ive still not gotten access. Have they just given up or something? If they expect to sell any cards to normal people you would think they would at least let you try out rentals easily.
