I will not promote - Excessive no-show rate with SMB clients

When meeting with our customers we often get a lot of no-shows (>70%). We had a phone call with them and they are enthusiastic and book a call with us a few days later, but on the day of the meeting they don't show up. Our product is edtech but for private tutoring (SMBs) and maybe small private schools instead of public schools and school districts I originally thought they just saw our website and didn't want to meet but in our umami analytics, I dont see any user traffic matching the people we are callin
