Is it possible to do something with zero knowledge?

Hi everyone, I downloaded Claude yesterday. I have no technical background, but I want to build an AI-powered hand-tracking system. I own a shop, and we keep running into the problem of employees stealing cash. We have a security camera, but it's impossible to watch it constantly, so I'd like an AI to watch it for us. I want it to track the hands of the people it sees on camera, and whenever it sees cash, make sure the money actually goes into the cash register. If any cash doesn't end up in the cash register, I want it to notify me. What do I need to do to build this? I think there are a lot of useful Claude-related tools on GitHub. How can I learn about them? If I need a paid subscription for this, which one should I get? Also, how do I make the hand-tracking app watch the camera continuously? Do I need to rent a server or something similar? If the system requirements are low, I'm wondering whether it could run on an old phone.
