Codex reliability fallen off a cliff

I have many different chats with scheduled tasks or certain processes that were working reliably for weeks since initial GPT-6 Astra launch (all using GPT-6 Astra high/xhigh), and now all failing, with ChatGPT repeatedly getting stuck and giving up due to believing it doesn't have access any more to do something that it has done hundreds of times before without issue. No matter what I do to try to restore the access or simply get it to realize that it in fact still has the access (e.g. to use my browser), it never remembers this, and the next time or in another chat will again stumble with the same thing. Just all kinds of basic stuff that it used to handle reliably it just fails at now. So it's just completely useless now due to its complete unreliability across a multitude of use-cases which all used to work reliably. It can't just be me hitting these new issues surely?
