Hey guys, After spending 6 months annotating healthcare data for top AI labs, we’ve curated a strong pool of expert doctors (specifically radiologists). Seeing the massive shortage of radiologists in India, we’re planning to launch a tele-reporting platform. The idea is to keep it AI-native to maximize radiologist turnaround time and efficiency, using our background in training and fine-tuning models. For anyone running or working in medical imaging/tele-reporting: What can go wrong here? What are the non-obvious operational, technical, or business nuances we need to address right away?
