I built a tool that turns long podcast episodes into vertical clips. Real run inside, roast it

Hi, I'm a solo founder. This week I launched VaniClips. You upload a long video up to 2.5 hours. It finds strong moments, crops them to 9:16, and adds captions and a hook. There's an editor to reframe, fix captions or rewrite the hook before you download. The video is a real run, start to finish, no edits. Honest state: - Paid only ($12/mo for 200 min). Works best on English. Uploads are the main path for now; only X links work for now. I am Trying to make it link friendly as well but i am blocked by the apps, If anyone could help me out with this I would really appreciate. I'd love blunt feedback: what's missing. vaniclips.com
