Designer hurdles

I have a couple of questions I'd love to get some feedback on but would like to add a bit of background: - I work for a small DMO and am the sole graphic designer; however, in the past my company has outsourced certain deliverables such as ppts and random booklets the CEO wants to produce without running it by communications first and we never know when that's going to be. - I was hired 6 months ago with the intention of brand cohesion and project execution. Within this time, I have created a branding packet and created presentations, brochures, and social graphics, print ad campaigns etc. - This is my first time being hired for a company as a graphic designer. QUESTIONS: - When I am given a document by my supervisors that is clearly AI generated and have no clue if the info is correct and am asked to format and send to print and my supervisor doesn't actually proof, what am I to do? Even if the info is grammatically correct. - The AI generation, I don't mind that my CEO uses the AI to create their PowerPoint but they will give it to me the day they need to submit it, tell me what they need updated, and then be unavailable for proofing. -Also, Spelling errors? I will run spell check and read the content but sometimes my eyes just overlook it because I've seen it so many times. Does this happen to anyone? How did you adapt or improve the situation?
