[Co-founder wanted] Senior engineer/CTO looking for a sales & marketing co-founder with an idea (India/IST, remote) - i will not promote

Hey all, I’m a software engineer with 15+ years of experience (ex-Instahyre and Instamojo, now running Innerkore Technologies), and I build AI-native products end to end: backend, ML/LLM systems, infra, the lot. I’m done building only my own ideas and want to partner with someone from sales/marketing/growth who has an idea or a market they understand deeply. You’d run the business side (customers, positioning, revenue), and I’d own all of the tech. What I’m looking for: Someone who has actually sold or grown something before A real problem and a target customer, not just “AI for X” Willingness to go out and get the first customers yourself India-based or IST-friendly Equity: you’d hold the majority as the idea owner and business lead, and I’d take a minority stake as CTO, with vesting for both of us.
